Our patches are made by hand, so no two patches are exactly the same! Our chenillers have more than 30 years experience making patches and creating your story on a letterman jacket. Don't know what you want? They can help you with suggestions and show you some pre-made patterns that can be mixed and matched to create your individual back patch.

Custom Chenilled Patches
Q: My son is very tall and thin, Do you have a jacket that will fit him?
A: Yes. We have standard size jackets here ranging from XXS-3XL that your son can try on to fit his frame. We then add inches to the sleeves and the body to fit his length.
Q: Can we order the jacket online or over the phone?
A: Since our jackets are custom made, we need to have the student here to measure and fit the jacket to his/her size. However, we have gift certificates available so you can give it to them on their birthday or any other occasion. You may order a standard-sized jacket, but we cannot guarantee that it will fit your student lengthwise.
Q: Do we need an appointment?
A: No; however, due to the many options available, new jacket fittings cannot be started after 4:30 pm M-F and 1:00 pm on Saturday.
Q: Do you do jackets for our school?
A: Yes. We have done jackets for schools from Olympia all the way to Spokane and Alaska. If there is a school that we haven't done, we just need your school colors to create the perfect jacket for you.
